The University of Cincinnati is a large public university located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Cincinnati is a research university and is a part of the University System in Ohio. Founded in 1819, UC is the second largest university in Ohio. UC has several nationally ranked programs such as architecture, musical theater, neurology, paleontology, anthropology, aerospace engineering, environmental science, law, medicine, and criminal justice.
