School Details
York University was founded in 1890 by the United Brethren Church. Today, York is a private, four-year, senior liberal arts college affiliated with the Church of Christ. The university works toward the mission of transforming the lives of its students through Christ-centered education as well as creating a path of lifelong service to God, family, and society. The campus is set on 50 acres of land and designed to create an intimate and safe setting for students.
Students can earn associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees at York University. For students wanting to complete a degree but who have a hectic schedule, the school offers programs that can be completed entirely online. Online degrees are available at the Master’s, Bachelor’s, and Associate’s levels and dual enrollment is also offered.
