Founded in 1961, the University of South Carolina-Aiken is a comprehensive university that is part of the greater USC System. With about 3,500 enrolled students, studies include undergraduate and graduate degrees. Programs range from fields in arts and humanities to majors in social sciences, natural sciences and professional degrees.
Currently, USC-Aiken supports online business and education programs. These programs are managed under the collaborative Palmetto College; a central campus that provides a network for USC regional and senior campuses to offer online degree programs.
