Minnesota State College Southeast is a two-year, public institution of higher education, located in the city of Winona, Minnesota. The school was founded in 1949 as the second public vocational-technical school in Minnesota. The institution is a part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.

Minnesota State College Southeast awards associate’s degrees, diploma and certificate programs, and developmental courses. The Minnesota Transfer Curriculum allows students to transfer approved general education courses to other colleges and universities. Distance learning at Southeast Technical incorporates interactive television and online learning in fully online courses and hybrid courses.
