Minnesota State College Southeast is a two-year, public institution of higher education, located in the city of Winona, Minnesota. The school was founded in 1949 as the second public vocational-technical school in Minnesota. The institution is a part of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.

Minnesota State College Southeast awards associate's degrees, diploma and certificate programs, and developmental courses.
