WCC offers the online Certificate in Computer Software Applications. This program provides computer skills training in seven office software applications, using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as a Web browser. These courses are primarily intended for students preparing for careers in the administrative office support area. The courses also give students skills that can be applied toward careers in computer application support and records management. 

An online Certificate in Computer Software Applications is available to the working adult student at Washtenaw Community College.  This program focuses specifically on software applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.  Studies include but are not limited to:

WCC offers the online Certificate in Retail & Business Operations. With this certificate, students will gain the skills and expertise needed to manage retail projects as well as make and communicate decisions related to human resources, profits, productivity and processes when managing the operations aspect of a business unit. Students who complete this certificate will be knowledgeable, capable and enthusiastic employees who can procure, display and deliver products and services to customers profitable in a retail setting.

WCC offers the online Certificate in Supply Chain Operations. This certificate will produce graduates who will be knowledgeable, capable and enthusiastic employees who can effectively perform in a supply chain setting which involves coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and retailers to ensure that products and services are available to the final consumer in a timely and cost-effective fashion while maintaining the service level customers demand. 

As part of the program, students will be ready to take the tests needed to receive their CLA (Certified Logistics Associate) and CLT (Certified Logistics Technician) industry certifications.

The Advanced Certificate in C++ Programming program equips students with the knowledge and skills required to write C++ code and develop applications utilizing object-oriented programming techniques. Students who complete this program may pursue careers as computer programmers/analysts or software architects, among others.

Washtenaw Community College offers an online Advanced Certificate in Computer Networking Academy.  This program is designed for a variety of students, from those wanting the knowledge to pass the Certified Cisco Network Associate Examination, to those certified and working who want to expand their knowledge in the latest operating systems.  Studies include but are not limited to:

• Networking protocols
• Internetworking hardware
