Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Public Health Informatics is intended for professionals with public health experience who wish to upgrade their informatics skills and provides an overview of public health informatics.  Students develop proficiency in health data definitions and standards and knowledge of the basic functions and operations of public healthy information systems.  Courses also teach students how to plan and manage public health information systems projects.
