The online Master of Education in Educational Leadership program instructs aspiring school administrators in P-12 school settings in scientific research, pedagogy, and instructional technology. The curriculum prepares educators to analyze administrative problems, issues, and ethical concerns in culturally diverse learning environments, and to analyze issues surrounding legal, accountability, finance, public relations, and instructional leadership. Graduates are prepared to maximize school effectiveness and improve supervision and leadership skills in diverse P-12 school settings by creating school-wide visions and using data to inform decision making.
