Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies
Southwestern Assemblies of God University

Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Intercultural Studies program is available from Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) and is ideal for those interested in advanced missionary training.  The program prepares students for careers working with Assemblies of God World Missions and domestic missions.  The curriculum teaches students to articulate missiological strategies, discuss a balanced philosophy of missions by emphasizing biblical and theological principles, and create strategies to reach major religious groups with the Gospel.  You will be prepared to work in a cross-cultural context and ministry after learning to develop administrative leadership plans for them and to identify trends and theories pertaining to Spirit-inspired cross-cultural ministry.  There is a thesis and a non-thesis option available, but the thesis option is designed for those who plan to continue their graduate work in doctoral programs.
