Founded in 1970, Rappahannock Community College is a public, 2-year community college with campuses in Glenns, Virginia and Warsaw, Virginia. Rappahannock Community College serves students in thirteen neighboring Virginia counties, the college also maintains satellite sites at the Kilmarnock Center in Lancaster County, in addition to hosting classes at King George High School in King George County. The institution is also a participant of the Virginia Community College System. Rappahannock Community College focuses on a mission that “provides access to high quality educational experiences for members of its community, preparing them for success as learners, employees, and citizens of the 21st century.”
RCC offers a wide range of associate’s degree and certificate programs as well as an online distance learning option. Students can pursue online associate’s degrees and certificate opportunities.
