Program Details

Education doesn’t end when you graduate high school or college. In today’s workplace, employees are expected to keep their knowledge current, and learning new skills can lead to advancement opportunities. With the EdD in Workplace Learning, you will undertake high-level studies to understand how best to lead and teach adults in their place of employment.

Students will work on their dissertations throughout the program, typically three to four years. A faculty advisor will support your research from start to finish. All coursework can be completed online. However, once per year for the first two years, students will spend two days at one of the campuses in Boston, Charlotte, or Seattle to connect with faculty and fellow students, network, and gain tools for career success.

Additional Info

  • Applicants must attend residencies the first and second years of the program at one of the campuses in Boston, Charlotte, or Seattle.
  • International students enrolling in the online EdD program will be provided with an option to complete the residency through online participation in interactive sessions with fellow scholars offered during the residency period.
