The online Graduate Certificate in Public Health is designed for students with non-public health backgrounds who are now working in public health contexts. Courses span many disciplines and occupations, preparing students to protect and improve the health of individuals, families, communities, and populations, locally and globally, by improving health care access, infectious disease control, and reducing environmental hazards, violence, substance abuse, and injury. Students are able to customize the certificate to learn about specific topics in public health such as health economics, healthcare management, research methods, biostatistics, or epidemiology.
