School Details

As a fully-accredited state university, NMSU-Grants offers small class sizes combined with the convenience of online learning.  Students benefit from engaged faculty who are commited to their learning success and the achievement of their educational goals.  Courses run in a combination of eight and sixteen-week lengths, across three semesters, which means, students can start their education when they are ready.  Plus, with online learning, there is built-in convenience for students to study around their existing schedule, without the cost of commuting or extra daycare.

NMSU-Grands is a 2-year institution that provides a pathway for students to earn an associate degree and transfer that credit to another colleges or university to complete their bachelor degree. The online classes offered through Alamogordo campus are also a part of a greater distance education program, known as NMSU-Online.  With this larger learning platform available, students can complete an entire undergraduate degree online.
