As a two-year institution, NMSU-A provides online pathways for students to earn certificates and associate degrees. The online core curriculum offered as part of these degrees can transfer seamlessly towards the completion of bachelor degrees at four-year universities. The online offerings from the Alamogordo campus are an integral part of a greater distance education program, known as NMSU-Online. With this larger learning platform available, students can even complete undergraduate degrees and some master's programs entirely online.
