Program Details

The online Associate in Science is a transfer liberal arts degree from Nash Community College.  This degree in liberal arts is designed for students who intend to transfer to a four-year institution to pursue a baccalaureate degree.  Students will pursue programs in areas including computer science, engineering, mathematics, the sciences, or professional programs requiring strong mathematics and science backgrounds.  Not only will many of these courses transfer to the four-year college or university, this liberal arts degree program also introduces students to areas of study that develop breadth of outlook and contribute to balanced development.
