Initially MVSU first enrolled students interested in serving as teachers to rural youth in 1950. Today this public University offers undergraduate and graduate students a range of degree opportunities, from social work and education to business administration and criminal justice. MVSU commits to excellence in core elements of teaching, learning, service and research; values that also extend beyond the classroom.
