Mississippi State University offers the Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Major areas of study include structures, geotechnical, water resources, transportation, construction materials and environmental engineering. Research laboratories include capabilities in the areas of structures and wind analysis, geotechnical engineering, water quality and environmental engineering, surveying, transportation and construction materials. Students may elect either the thesis or non-thesis option.
