The Dental Hygiene Bachelor of Science degree at Minnesota State University-Mankato is designed for students who wish to pursue careers in the field of dental hygiene. Graduates will be able to expand and broaden their skills in order to meet the growing needs in dentistry. The curriculum will prepare students for a broad range of career opportunities in public health, education, administration, research, management, and other positions in the field.
This is a bachelor completion program, which requires completion of 120 credits, including transfer credits.
- Successful completion of a program in Dental Hygiene accredited by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation or current enrollment in a program
- License to practice dental hygiene or eligible for licensure
- A minimum grade point average of 2.0
