About Madison Area Technical College

Madison Area Technical College is a four-year public college located in Madison, Wisconsin. The school has grown tremendously from its foundation in 1912 and is now one of the largest 16 schools in the Wisconsin Technical College System. MATC has developed formal agreements with a number of four-year colleges and universities, which enable students to transfer the credits earned in an associate degree program to a specific institution.
