Program Details

Luther Rice College and Seminary offers an online Master of Arts in Bible Counseling. This degree is designed for students who wish to enhance their specialized knowledge of the Bible to positively enhance the lives of others through counseling. You will be trained to serve as a counselor in local churches and other ministry settings. The curriculum is designed to prepare students to offer Christ-centered counseling and/or pastoral care as non-licensed counselors in Christian and church contexts. Students study the Old and New Testaments, counseling theories, theology, the Bible, sociology, ethics, philosophy, and more.
