Kentucky Wesleyan College is a four-year private Methodist school located in Owensboro, Kentucky. The school started as a training school for preachers but added business and liberal arts curriculum. Women were first accepted in 1890 when the school moved to Winchester. KWC moved to its present location in Owensboro, Kentucky in 1951.
Kentucky Wesleyan College offers bachelor’s degrees in topics including humanities, fine arts, social sciences, and natural sciences. In accordance with the United Methodist Church, the curriculum nourishes, stimulates and prepares future leaders intellectually, spiritually and physically to achieve success in life. Many degrees can be earned completely online, and online classes are offered in many programs.
