The online Master of Science in Food and Nutrition program allows students to expand their practices in health-related fields or compliment backgrounds in areas such as biology, education, exercise science, journalism, marketing, and more to meet career goals. The curriculum focuses on human and applied nutrition and prepares students to provide leadership, translate important nutrition information for the public, and utilize new knowledge to reduce nutrition-related chronic diseases and promote nutrition and wellness.
Two tracks are available for specialization:
- Signed and dated academic goal statement
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Two letters of recommendation
- A bachelors degree in a related area
