Program Details

Hinds Community College offers an online Associate of Arts degree in the liberal arts.  This program is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the liberal arts.  You will take general education and elective courses that can be transferred into a baccalaureate program at a four-year institution.  Students complete a core of English, math, and science courses, followed by electives based on the requirements of the university of their choice. 

To complete the liberal arts degree program, you will take courses in these topics:

• Scientific Reasoning
• Humanities/Fine Arts
