Program Details

The online MBA with a Project Management concentration prepares students to define, plan, organize, and manage projects.  Providing theoretical knowledge and practical skills, students gain the techniques and tools needed to work as project team members or as project managers. 

You will study a variety of areas, including:

  • Project execution and termination
  • Risk management
  • Earned value
  • Configuration management
  • Budgeting

The program features a practical, hands-on approach to learning and requires students to manage their own projects in the final course, including making management decisions about the project in an environment with risk and uncertainty and putting the tools and techniques previously learned into actual use.  Graduates are prepared for professional and personal success as values-driven decision-makers and problem-solvers.

    • Minimum Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score of 425
    • Five or more years of significant, substantive managerial/leadership experience
    • 12 hours of graduate work from an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
