Program Details

Dallas Baptist University’s online MBA with a concentration in Marketing program focuses on the strategies, processes, and practical applications involved in meeting market demands and satisfying customer needs.  Using a practical, hands-on approach, students learn skills in a variety of industries from domestic and multinational perspectives.  You will look at strategy formulation and implementation, distribution channels management, outcome-based marketing systems, consumer and buyer behavior, and integrated communications.  Students learn from leaders in the business world as they share best practices and lessons learned through their own perspectives and experiences.  Graduates are prepared to be ethical leaders in the field with skills in such areas as critical thinking, communication, innovation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
  • Evidence of sound moral character and compatibility with DBU’s mission
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • One of the following:
    • Minimum Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score of 425
    • Five or more years of significant, substantive managerial/leadership experience that may be evidenced through resumé review, applicant interview, or employer recommendations
    • 12 hours of graduate work from an accredited institution with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
