The Advanced Certificate in Management is an online business management degree from CUNY Graduate School and University Center – School of Professional Studies.  This degree helps students become better managers and to understand employee motivation, supervision, and the management of financial resources in organizations.  Emphasis is placed on communication, conflict resolution, and determining individual leadership styles.  Courses are taught by experienced faculty that offer practice, feedback, and networking.  

The courses completed in this advanced certificate are transferable to the MS in Business Management and Leadership online degree program.
