Belhaven University offers the online Master of Public Administration. The MPA equips graduates for increased leadership roles and management responsibilities within government and non-profit agencies. In an effort to meet the needs and challenges and public service, students will develop problem-solving approaches to public management and policy analysis. In addition to the core MPA classes, students can go on to earn a concentration in Human Resources.
The courses in the Human Resources concentration will have a heavy focus on the study and application of human resource principles. Students will explore areas of study that include employee relations, compensation and benefits, and look at current issues in the field.
