About Klamath Community College
On May 21, 1996, the voters of Klamath County overwhelmingly approved the formation of the Klamath Community College Service District with a 79 percent affirmative vote. Klamath Community College joined Oregon’s largest education network; there are now 17 Oregon community colleges. The stated mission of Klamath Community College is to “provide accessible, quality education and services in response to the diverse needs of the student, business, and community.” The College supports student success in workforce training, academic transfer, foundational skills development, and community education.
