Program Details

Become a “master teacher” and work with an important part of the student population, those with special needs. This online special education degree is intended for those who have a K-12 Teaching License and are interested in an additional Special Education License. There are two tracks available, one for those who have an undergraduate degree related to professional education preparation and one for those whose degree is unrelated to professional education preparation.

This is a flexible degree. Not only can you choose between the K-12 or college levels, but you can also choose an additional area of concentration. This includes reading, TESOL, early childhood education, Instructional technology, and design, or a specific content area.
