Program Details

The online Master of Science in Organizational Leadership develops and enhances the knowledge and skills of those who hold or wish to hold leadership positions in organizations through theories and best practices involving people and processes in organizations.  Students learn to critically analyze research to evaluate the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities of organizations; determine alternatives for problem solving and decision-making; and integrate knowledge of ethics and leadership into practice.  Graduates are able to demonstrate self-awareness of personal leadership style, strengths, and skills, and realize how these impact others in an organization and develop a personal plan for leadership development.
