GetEducated Team Takes
Tony’s Take

Western Dakota Technical College is a mixed school. The split is not minor. Some classes feel supportive and practical. Staff can be warm and helpful.

Hands-on training is a real plus in stronger departments. But consistency is the deciding issue. Some instructors do not reply to emails. Some feel disengaged in class.

The sharpest problems are technical resources in IT, including old labs and failing equipment. That can slow learning and hurt value. Bottom line: WDT can be a good fit. It works best when department quality is strong. Instructor follow-through and tool quality shape outcomes most.
