Webber International University, also known as Webber, or WIU, is a private university located on a 110 acre campus in Babson Park, Florida. WIU was founded in 1927 by Roger Babson, an entrepreneur and business theorist, and was one of the country’s first business schools for women. Since the time of its founding, the mission of WIU has been to prepare the business leaders of the future, and the schools focus on business allows for the offering of the same types of business programs that are offered by larger universities. The small school environment allows students to form close relationships with professors, and WIU’s curriculum combines academic preparation for business with real-world application.
WIU offers associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees are offered. WIU offers classes in the traditional classroom, online and in hybrid learning environments. WIU has an e-Learning program that provides students with distance learning opportunities for completely online degrees.
