Program Details

An online Certificate in Computer Software Applications is available to the working adult student at Washtenaw Community College.  This program focuses specifically on software applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.  Studies include but are not limited to:

• Information management
• Spreadsheet concepts and applications
• Basic publishing

Coursework will enhance student’s keyboarding skills, which are expected to be high upon entry to the program.  Students will develop techniques in formatting, technical communication, task management, and more.  Enter the world of administrative office support with an online certificate in software applications from WCC.
