Program Details
The online Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership is a multidisciplinary program which allows students to become effective leaders and change agents within their organizations and businesses by selecting concentrations in either organizational promotion, resource development, or corporate communications. The blended curriculum mixes theory and practical skills while stressing ethics and responsibility. Courses include a combination of sociology, psychology, and behavioral science and each student much select two of the three areas of concentration which offer a mix of digital applications and communications coursework.
