The online M.Ed. in Middle Grades Math and Science degree provides an opportunity for licensed teachers to gain advanced training and further professions. This accredited program is jointly offered through Valdosta State University and the University of North Georgia. Students apply to either school, and faculty from both schools work in partnership to teach courses.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution
- Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA or combined undergraduate and graduate GPA of 2.75 (4.0 scale)
- Valid Level 4 or higher Induction, Professional, Advanced Professional, or Lead Professional teaching certificate, leadership certificate, service field certificate, or Life certificate in the State of Georgia, or equivalent
