Valdosta University offers an online Master of Arts in English Studies for Language Arts Teachers.   • Must hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution in English, Secondary Education – English, Middle Grades Education – English, or an equivalent
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • 153 score on the Verbal section of the GRE OR a score of 4.0 on the Analytical section of the GRE
  • Two recommendations from professionals familiar with the candidate's academic background
  • 2-page cover letter detailing how the degree will impact the applicant's professional life, including relevant academic training and interests and professional career goals
