Program Details

UW-Stout offers a Certificate in Human Resource Management, an online human resources degree program.  The program is broad, offering a variety of competencies related to human resources.  Students learn about organizational psychology, recruitment and selection, collective bargaining, and occupational risk and safety.  As a result, they are better prepared to work with an organization’s most important asset…its employees. 

The curriculum prepares students for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) exam.
