Program Details

University of Wisconsin-Stout offers an online Marriage & Family Therapy degree, the Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies.  This program prepares graduates for a variety of human service-related professional careers such as childcare management, senior living senior management and activities coordination, residential treatment programs, juvenile corrections, and family advocacy.  

This program is interrelated with studies that include the individual, family, and community.  The curriculum draws from other social sciences using a multidisciplinary approach that provides both a broad perspective and specialized knowledge.  Courses foster positive sensitivity to the needs of families and family members through the lenses of:
