Program Details

University of Washington offers an online Master of Library and Information Science. The program provides background on practices necessary for leading library services and development. Students gain skills in the industry that can be used for present practices, and future practices.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (must be equivalent to a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution)

A 3-day mandatory on-campus orientation is required.
