Program Details

The online Master of Science in Engineering Management program is designed for engineers and others with technical backgrounds looking to advance into management and executive roles.  The multidisciplinary curriculum develops technical management skills by combining qualitative approaches and quantitative techniques which strengthen engineering credentials while developing managerial competence.  Students will develop skills in technical management, process optimization, quality and continuous improvement, safety, entrepreneurship, and engineering analytics, among other areas.


  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from a regionally accredited institution (or other department-approved technical field)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) for all undergraduate work taken during the last two years of applicant's studies
