Master of Arts in Addiction Studies

Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Addiction Studies prepares students to become an expert in addiction counseling and alcohol and drug abuse treatment.

This degree prepares substance abuse professionals for advanced levels of competency to address current and future addiction/prevention challenges in society

Graduates will be eligible for the highest level of addiction/prevention credentialing in South Dakota; students should check with their resident state to ensure that courses meet their requirements.

  • Applicants must complete a face-to-face interview. If applicant is not from the region, the interview can be completed via Skype or Elluminate. 
  • Applicants must complete a successful criminal background check prior to matriculation.
