Program Details

The online master’s in Addiction Counseling and Prevention from the University of South Dakota offers students professional courses leading to advanced competency in the field of substance use and addiction. USD’s Department of Addiction Counseling and Prevention provides students with the tools they need to become skilled professionals in alcohol and drug prevention, education, counseling, and treatment. Students who qualify for the Advanced Track can complete the program with 33 credit hours rather than the standard 45 credit hours.
