Program Details

University of Minnesota-Twin Cities offers the online MA in Integrative Health & Well-Being Coaching. Students can achieve their goals of practicing healthy living practices and cultivating a healing journey. Health Coaching is an emerging method of partnering with clients to achieve their overall goals. It is practiced from a holistic perspective that views each person as intrinsically whole and the ultimate expert in his or her healing journey.

Requirements

  • Requires two weekend campus visits per semester
  • Degree completion: 38 credits
  • Must hold a BA or BS in a health-related field OR BA or BS in a health-unrelated field with the following University of Minnesota coursework, or equivalent, from another accredited college or university: one basic course in Human Physiology, one basic course in Psychology, one course in Basic Statistics
