Program Details

The online Master of Science in Biostatistics is designed to facilitate students’ development of a strong theoretical foundation in biostatistics and a broad-based understanding of biostatistical methods, as well as advanced skills in big data analysis.  Training is conducted in the innovative and interdisciplinary public health culture with the goal being to prepare students for future Ph.D. training and for careers in biostatistics practice.  Graduates should be prepared for careers in academic university-based settings, industries and federal agencies that involve research, and public health practices.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited university or college
  • Junior-senior level grade point average of 3.0
  • A letter of intent
