Program Details

The online Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering program is designed to encompass the broad nature of this field, including the design, construction, and enhancement of society’s infrastructure.  The curriculum is very flexible with students choosing at least half of their credit hours from core coursework within their chosen program area of Civil Engineering.  The remaining credits can be from any graduate-level course available online at the University of Florida so students can shape the program to meet their individual needs and interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or approved equivalent
  • Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale)
  • GRE test scores
  • Official transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation

  • Prerequistes in calculus and the sciences
