Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Aquaculture & Fish Health program provides working knowledge of aquaculture, the health of captive aquatic animals, and health issues in wild aquatic species.  The curriculum provides the basic knowledge that is critical for professionals working at facilities which house aquatic animals and marine mammals, including scientists at research laboratories and teachers involved with agriculture education in K-12.  Courses may include:

  • Diseases of Warm Water Fishes
  • Biology of Fishes
  • Fish & Crustacean Nutrition
  • Aquatic Invertebrate Ecological Physiology

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution
