Nurses ready to take the next step in their career can pursue this online Master of Science in Nursing / Nurse Leader degree program. The program is designed to prepare Registered Nurses for roles in nursing leadership and administration.

Nurse Leaders may participate in indirect care roles or focus on areas of practice at an aggregate, systems, or organization level. Students in the nurse administrator degree program learn the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully and appropriately lead teams in a variety of healthcare settings. Graduates are eligible to become a Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) through the American Organization for Nurse Leaders (AONL).
