Program Details

Learn about evidence-based approaches to handling crime with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice focusing on Law Enforcement. In this program, students can choose from courses in a wide range of topic areas to focus on the areas that interest them the most.

After completing foundational criminal justice and law enforcement courses, students will take at least two focused classes. Subjects cover a wide range of topics, such as violence in society, trauma among correctional populations, juvenile delinquency, federal wildlife and environmental laws, homeland security, and more. An additional course choice covers professional skills, with options including leadership, crime analysis, negotiation and conflict resolution, crisis and emergency communication, map analysis, and GIS.
