Program Details

The online MBA with a concentration in Accounting is designed for individuals with bachelor’s degrees in Accounting who would like to become licensed CPAs or simply advance in the field.  Students will complete MBA core courses and electives in Accounting which are incorporated into the elective portion of the MBA program.  This allows students to focus on Accounting without completing additional coursework beyond the 36 semester hours required for the traditional MBA.  The curriculum offers a well-rounded postgraduate education, equipping students with the knowledge to pass the CPA exam.  Courses also provide critical thinking and reasoning skills that will foster professional success.  MBA core courses provide communication and project management skills while helping students gain an understanding of appropriate behavior in business settings.
