Program Details

The online dual degree in MSN and MBA is designed for students with bachelor’s degrees in nursing who want dual degrees that include both business and nursing.  The program prepares students for careers in healthcare management and administration and is designed for working nurse professionals.  The curriculum develops advanced practice skills necessary to provide expert nursing care to clients along with advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills that prepare individuals to meet new challenges and provide holistic health care.  Courses include essential leadership and management skills integrated with current theory and research in these areas.  

Faculty are dedicated to student success and teach using a student-friendly format.  You will also gain hands-on experience in the field of nursing administration.

  • Applicants with GPA lower than 3.0 may be granted conditional admission based on satisfactory GRE scores.
  • Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a nationally accredited college, including an undergraduate statistics course with grade C or better.
  • Submit proof of licensure in the state where clinical practicum will occur and proof of current BCLS CPR certification before beginning clinical courses.
