Program Details

UT Tyler offers the online MS in Human Resource Development. This program provides students the opportunity to combine study and related experiences to develop, apply, analyze, synthesize and evaluate knowledge of the purposes, practices, issues and problems of private for profit and public not-for-profit organizations. Students also have the opportunity to learn how to design, deliver and evaluate effective training programs. Careers in this field are available in business, nonprofit, educational and governmental settings.

  • Requires 36 credits for degree completion
  • Must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution
